Procurement of Electric Load Carrying Vehicle (03 Wheeler) for Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The commercial offer and earnest money must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, with rates varying by firm status (2% for registered, 3% for pre-qualified but un-indexed, 5% for unregistered/un-indexed), subject to maximum ceilings.
