Establishment of Electric Vehicle Sales Service Spare Parts Centre Charging Stations and Hi-Tech Training Testing Laboratory

Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC), under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Lahore, is inviting Expressions of Interest for the establishment of a comprehensive Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. This includes an EV Sales, Service & Spare Parts Centre, EV Charging Stations for two, three, and four wheelers, and a Hi-Tech EV Training & Testing Laboratory. The project is located at PITAC Headquarters on 234-Ferozepur Road, Lahore, offering excellent accessibility and visibility for customers and trainees. The technical scope covers sales and display of EVs, after-sales service and maintenance, supply and inventory management of EV spare parts, installation and operation of AC/DC charging stations, and establishment of advanced testing and diagnostic labs. Training programs for engineers, supervisors, and technicians will also be conducted to enhance technical skills in the EV sector. Eligible applicants must be locally registered firms with relevant experience in EV manufacturing, charging infrastructure, automotive services, or training. They should demonstrate sound financial and technical capability, valid tax registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government or regulatory authority. OEM affiliations, certifications, and accreditations are highly desirable. The submission deadline is **July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Federal PPRA EPADS portal. A non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft payable to Director General PITAC Lahore is mandatory. The technical bid should include company profile, registration documents, financial statements, experience details, and a concept proposal.
