Tender Description
The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited, under the Ministry of Commerce, is procuring the supply, installation, and replacement of electrical infrastructure along with allied civil works at its Korangi Godown facility in Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to upgrade and maintain the electrical and civil infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
The technical scope includes comprehensive electrical works such as wiring, installation of electrical equipment, and replacement of outdated infrastructure. Allied civil works will also be carried out to support the electrical installations, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. The project site is the Korangi Godown in Karachi, a key storage and logistics hub for the corporation.
Eligible bidders must be reputable national firms, contractors, or companies registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and enlisted in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration on the EPADS v2.0 platform is mandatory for bid submission. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Selection (LCS) technique, in line with Public Procurement Rules 2025.
Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on July 17, 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. A bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Trading Corporation of Pakistan is required. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Detailed bidding documents, including terms, conditions, and specifications, are available on the EPADS platform.
