The procurement includes machinery, equipment, breeding materials, and installation of prefabricated structures. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and KPRA (if applicable), active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have relevant experience in supplying similar goods. Valid authorization from manufacturers for branded or technical equipment is mandatory. Each bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by scheduled banks in favor of the Director General (Research), Livestock & Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
