Procurement of Electrical Line Materials and Accessories for HESCO Hyderabad

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of various electrical line materials and accessories required for the maintenance and expansion of the distribution network in Hyderabad. The procurement is being conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Items being procured: - 4,200 Nos. LT Shackle Insulator (ILT) (Tender No. 1963/26) - 2,500 Nos. 11KV Pin Insulator (Tender No. 1964/26) - 1,500 Nos. 5/8 x 2 Bolt & Nut (Tender No. 1965/26) - 2,000 Nos. WASA Pipe AA (Tender No. 1966/26) - 1,000 Nos. 110mm PVC Pipe (Tender No. 1968/26) - 2,500 Nos. Dog Wire ACSR (Tender No. 1969/26) - 22,500 Nos. 11KV Pin Insulator (Porcelain) (Tender No. 1971/26) - 37,000 Nos. 11KV Shackle Insulator (Tender No. 1972/26) - 46,500 Nos. Piercing Connector (95-16mm2) (Tender No. 1973/26) - 16,500 Nos. Piercing Connector (70-16mm2) (Tender No. 1973/26) All materials must conform to the technical specifications provided by HESCO. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPADS system (www.epads.gov.pk) by the deadline of 15 September 2026 at 11:00am, with bid opening at 11:30am the same day.
