Tender Description
Pere Mail Committee Vehari invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers and contractors for the procurement of various electrical, mechanical, and general store items under the annual framework contract for the financial year 2026. This notice is issued in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 and the procurement will be conducted through the e-Procurement system. The technical scope covers supply and installation of electrical and mechanical items, as well as provision of general store consumables required for the maintenance and operation of committee facilities. Quantities and specifications for each item are detailed in the tender document. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender terms. Only suppliers with relevant experience and capacity to deliver within the stipulated timeframe should apply.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 17-09-2026, 12:00 PM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 2:00 PM.
