Supply of Electrical Transformers, PVC Cables, Joint Kits and Termination Kits for IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi/Islamabad/Rajjar

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. The technical scope covers supply of transformers of various capacities, PVC cables of different sizes and cores, straight joint kits, termination kits for indoor and outdoor use, and PVC joint kits. All materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The delivery is to be made to regional stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal online and upload all mandatory documents. The bid security must be submitted in original form as Bank Guarantee/CDR from scheduled banks with A+ rating or above. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC and FBR, with valid prototype approval if applicable. Bidders must quote firm and final prices on DDP basis without foreign exchange involvement. The bid validity period varies from 60 to 148 days depending on the tender lot. The tender opening dates are 28th July 2026 for tenders 36, 37, and 38, and 29th July 2026 for tenders 39 to 45. The submission deadline is 29th July 2026 by 10:30 AM, with tenders opened on the same day. The tender opening will be in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the IESCO Head Office Islamabad.
