House No. 44 Cantt, I-8 Islamabad High Court Officers accommodation - Electrification/Renovation of House No. 27/5-C G-8/4, House No. 26-C, G-8/1, House No. 381-A, G-7/3 and House No. 151-B, G-7/1 - Electrification/Renovation work of Govt. Flat No. 4-E Block No. 2 Street No. 49 F-6/4, House No. 44 I-E, F-6/1 - Electrification/Renovation work of House No. 21-D (old 119-D, St. 55 G-8/4 House No. 316-B, St. 26 G-8/1-2 House No. 313-A, St. 27 G-8/1-1 and House No. 394-A St. 26 G-8/1-1 - Electrification/Renovation COA accommodation House No. 4-F Street No. 5 G-8/1 - Electrification/Renovation of Govt. House No. 24-C Street No. 60 G-8/4 The scope covers electrical and mechanical works including gas installations at multiple government residential sites in Islamabad. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in category C Codes, a valid electrical license issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad, and NTN & GST registration with FBR. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be submitted before the closing date. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS and original bid security must be deposited in CDA bank account. The tender opening and receipt of tenders is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 12:00 PM. The submission deadline is 4th August 2026 by 11:30 AM.
