The equipment must meet international quality certifications such as FDA 510K, CE, or ISO standards. Bidders must provide technical brochures, country of origin, and demonstrate after-sales service infrastructure including qualified biomedical engineers and service response capabilities. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, have at least three years of relevant experience supplying biomedical equipment to public sector hospitals, and submit bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
