Purchase of Blood Bank Refrigerator for PAEC General Hospital Islamabad

The procurement follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Items being procured: - Blood Bank Refrigerator (Qty: 1) - Temperature chart (pack of 50) (Qty: 6 packets) The Blood Bank Refrigerator must be upright with a single glass door, minimum capacity of 200-250 blood bags or up to 600 liters internal capacity, temperature range 2° – 8°C with hands-free alarm testing, adjustable shelves, individual transparent inner door to reduce cool air loss, 7 days disc type memory record with chart paper change alert, battery backup, LCD display, visual and audible alarms for temperature and system failures, backlit fluorescent lights, durable stainless steel drawers with adjustable depth, automatic defrost and forced air circulation, microprocessor controlled temperature, double pane glass door, and solid bottom. Standard accessories include a thermal printer and test hole. A demonstration will be conducted during technical evaluation. Quoted models must be verifiable on the OEM official website. Eligibility requires firms to have GST and NTN registration, professional/trade tax clearance, valid authority/distribution letter, and earnest money of 2% of contract value in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 payable separately. Warranty includes three years with free service and parts, plus 10 years parts availability. Manuals in English must be provided.
