Electronic Bids for Green Belts Plantation and Development in Lodhran Road Sahiwal

The Forest Department through the Deputy Conservator of Forests Sahiwal invites electronic bids (E-bids) on the e-Procurement System for the development of green belts along Lodhran Road and Club Road in Sahiwal District. Items being procured: - Ploughing / Leveling: 6 Acres - Provision of Plant and Planting with Digging of Pits - Carpet (Korean) Grass & Dhaka Fine Grass - Restocking of Plants - POL Charges 6 Hours x 7 Liter per hour @ Rs. 311 per liter Diesel x 30 times (100 days) - Monument 1 to Monument 6 as per Annexure-II - Monument General Bus Stand Vehari as per Annexure-III - Provision of Cemented Pots 3 x 3 x 3 with Bhal 1263 feet (30 units) - Provision of Planter on Ground 4 x 4 with Bhal (14 Nos) - Works for preparation of Landscaping Site (Ludd and Road Line) - Store / Repair / Contingency: Miscellaneous, Spray, Kana fixing for securing of plants etc. - Boring of Boring of Submersible Pump / Submersible Pump (Boring with electrical Submer System) No The scope includes vigorous growing, lush green, fully stocked and well-established plants/nurseries. Only firms/contractors with relevant PEC registration and FBR/ATL registration are eligible. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is required. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal by 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
