18x Emergency Maintenance Works for Removal of Snowfall on N-25, N-40-I, N-50 & N-65

The National Highway Authority (NHA), Balochistan-North Region Quetta, invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Contractors must be PEC registered in category C-5 with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. Bidding documents detailing terms, conditions, and procurement method (Single Stage - Two Envelopes) will be available for free download from the NHA e-bidding website starting November 2, 2026. Technical e-Bids must be submitted by November 10, 2026 before 1200 hours at the specified NHA office in Quetta. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1300 hours. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened sequentially. The bid security required is 5% of the engineer's estimate. All firms are advised to register immediately on the EPADS (PPRA) portal as manual bids will be phased out.
