Emergency Restoration of Flood Damaged Drinking Water Supply Schemes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

This tender invites bids for the emergency restoration of flood-damaged drinking water supply schemes across multiple locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Buner, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Malakand, Upper Chitral, and Lower Chitral. Contractors must be prepared to handle site-specific engineering challenges such as flood damage assessment, replacement of damaged components, and ensuring compliance with local water supply standards. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration under CE-09 code and be enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the 2025-26 financial year. Active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and tax compliance are mandatory. Bid security and additional securities must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022. All applicable federal and provincial duties, including stamp duty and sales tax, will be recovered as per government directives.
