Construction and Blacktopping of Roads and Bridges in District Khyber

The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction & Blacktopping of Road from N-55 (FATA University) to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Slop, Shinkoo, Chora (43 KM) in 6 packages including Package-VI Bridge - Construction & Blacktopping of new road from Sarkai to Shin Kamar via Chargai Dagari Kamar Khel Adda Bara (12 KM) in 3 packages including Package-III Bridge - Improvement, Widening & Construction of Road from Tendel Baghora to Wally Masjid via Tangi, Sra Gharai Chora, Kachkol Kally Tehsil Bara (35 KM) in 4 packages including Package-IV Bridge - Construction of 03 RCC Bridges & Link Roads in District Khyber in 4 packages including multiple bridges - Construction/Black Topping of Road from Alhaj Shell Pump to Tirah Main Road and Link Roads (10.5 KM) in 1 package - Improvement, Widening & Rehabilitation of Existing Roads & Bridges in Merged Areas, ADP No. (1702/210622) (2025-26) in 3 packages including bridges The technical scope includes road construction, blacktopping, widening, improvement works, and bridge construction across various locations in District Khyber. The works require PEC registration in categories C-2 and above for road works and C-3 and above for bridge works. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the EPADS system by the deadline of 14-09-2026 at 12:00 hours. Bid security including stamp duty and tender fees are specified per package. Original call deposit receipts for bid security and stamp duty are mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in the required format.
