Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (Headquarters) is seeking consultancy services for the engagement of a Legal Consultant under the fund allocation for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for consultancy services related to legal matters within the Authority. Items being procured:
- Engagement of Legal Consultant
The scope involves providing expert legal consultancy services to the Pakistan Airports Authority Headquarters. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and any subsequent regulations issued by the Authority. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all bid security requirements as described in the bidding documents. The bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
Interested firms or consultants must submit their proposals electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Firms not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to register promptly to participate.
