Engineering Consultancy Services for Construction of Pre Stressed Bridges and Overhead Bridges on Nawabshah Saeedabad Road

The Provincial Highway Division Shaheed Benazirabad invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for engineering consultancy services related to the construction of Pre Stressed Bridges, Pre Stressed Overhead Bridges, and their ramps at the road form Nawabshah Saeedabad road along Simnala to connect Nawabshah Sanghar road at Cheezalabad. Items being procured: - Detailed Engineering Design & Drawings - Design vetting - Preparation of Detailed Working Estimates - BOQ - Revised / Modified PC-I(s) - Tender / Bidding Documents - Hydraulic Study & Geotechnical / Soil Investigation Study - Construction supervision The scope includes design vetting, review and update of PC-I, preparation of detailed engineering designs and drawings, tender document preparation and evaluation, hydraulic and geotechnical studies, and supervision of construction works including masonry structures and protection works. The consultancy will cover the entire project from start to end including recommendations for BOQ and IPC for contractor payments. The project is funded by the Government of Sindh. Eligibility requires PEC registration for Consultants / JV Partners with Pakistan Engineering Council renewal up to June 2027, registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and experience in bridge design. Firms must submit detailed technical and financial proposals including firm profile, turnover, experience, staff qualifications, tax returns, audited reports, litigation history, and affidavits regarding blacklisting and integrity. The Technical and Financial proposals will be evaluated under SPPRA Rules 2010. The submission deadline is **31 July 2026 by 10:00 AM** at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Highway Division Shaheed Benazirabad near Bilawali Sports Stadium, Kazi Ahmed Mour, Highways Colony, Shaheed Benazirabad. Proposals will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Earnest Money / Bid Security of 2% of total bid value in shape of CDR is mandatory.
