Engineering Procurement and Construction Contract for Civil Works and Hydraulic Steel Structures for 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project

The Power Development Organization (PDO), Azad Jammu and Kashmir, is procuring an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract for civil works and hydraulic steel structures under Lot-1 of the 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. This tender invites bids for the complete execution of civil works and hydraulic steel structures essential for the hydropower project. The contract requires experienced firms capable of handling large-scale hydropower infrastructure with technical and financial capacity. Bidders must be eligible joint ventures comprising Pakistani firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council as per PEC by-laws. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and maintain an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Bidding documents can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt favoring the Project Director, 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project.
