Construction and Black Topping of 1 Km Link Road from Chunjhalli to Cona Said House, Sudhnoti

The Public Works Department (PWD) Highways Division Sudhnoti (Pallandri) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms for the construction and black topping of a 1 Km link road and black topping of an existing 1 Km road from Chunjhalli to Cona Said House, Sudhnoti. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 & Above and possess a valid renewal for the current year. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money of Rs. 1,806,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of the Divisional Joint Account, with the bid security to be uploaded as a scanned copy during e-bid submission. The bid submission deadline is 05/11/2026 at 11:30 AM, and the completion period for the project is 730 days. Bidders must obtain login credentials from the IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highway (North) Block H, DHO Muzaffarabad, and ensure their firms are already registered on the e-bidding dashboard.
