Supply of Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services by Directorate General of Social Welfare & Special Education Balochistan

The Directorate General of Social Welfare & Special Education Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the supply of Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services (Total Item(s) Count: 4) The scope includes assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least **PKR 10,000,000** in the last three years. Bidders must have active tax payer status with valid LRA registration and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidding firm must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, duly signed and attested, undertaking to complete the work within forty five (45) days from the issuance of the Work Order. The bidder must have successfully completed at least one IT/Software Training assignment for a public-sector organization. Registration with Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is mandatory, along with legal registration for at least 5 years prior to the tender submission date. Firms must hold valid Incorporation/NTN certificates and ISO 20,000 certification. Additionally, bidders must possess valid certification in Government Assets Management issued by the competent authority. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of a deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
