Tender Description
The Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited in Islamabad Capital Territory invites bids for the procurement of enterprise managed printing, copying, and printing services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved for FY 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments for the contract referenced as Tender No. P-29/2026 with Ref#: P54569.

The scope includes provision of non-consultancy services related to printing and copying, ensuring efficient and reliable document management solutions. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 17, 2026, 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
