Enterprise Managed Printing, Copying and Printing Services with PIN-Code Secured Solution

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad invites bids for Enterprise Managed Printing, Copying and Printing Services with a PIN-Code Secured Print, Copy and Scan Solution. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to replace the fragmented existing fleet with a fully integrated enterprise-grade multifunction device (MFD) solution. The procurement includes supply, installation, configuration, and maintenance of brand-new Tier-1 manufacturer equipment with a centralised control server for monitoring and analytics. Items being procured: - Black & White Print/Copy/Scan — A4 (2,500,000 pages) - Black & White Print/Copy/Scan — A3 (50,000 pages) - Colour Print/Copy/Scan — A4 (50,000 pages) - Colour Print/Copy/Scan — A3 (5,000 pages) - Legal/F4 Black & White Print/Copy/Scan (180,000 pages) - Centralised Control Server — Monthly Service Charges (12 months) The scope includes PIN-code secured pull-printing to prevent unattended document release, integration with Active Directory/LDAP, and audit logging of all print, copy, and scan jobs. Consumables such as OEM toners, drums, fusers, maintenance kits, and paper are included in the all-inclusive Cost-Per-Page (CPP) rate. A dedicated Resident Operator will be deployed on-site during business hours for troubleshooting, maintenance, and user training. The contract duration is 12 months, renewable up to 36 months. Eligibility requires bidders to have at least 3 years of EMS experience, valid FBR ATL registration, OEM authorization, and technical capability to provide the required services.
