Repair of I.T. Equipment for Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi Financial Year 2026-2027

The Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi invites qualified bidders for the repair and maintenance of I.T. equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the repair and replacement of various I.T. components to ensure smooth operation of the office's technical infrastructure. Items being procured: - Repair / replacement of Network Cable - DVR / MVR / CCTV Camera - Any other work pertaining to I.T. Equipment The scope of work includes repairing damaged or defective I.T. equipment and ensuring all replacements meet the required standards. The repair work must be completed by 30-06-2027, and the contractor is responsible for immediate service, including odd hours if necessary. Bidders must have an office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate sufficient experience in this field. They must also have a bank account and vendor number allotted by AGPR. Eligibility criteria include submission of company profile, income tax and sales tax returns for the last two years, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN and sales tax registration with ATL status, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and relevant work orders or experience certificates from the last three years. Use of damaged or substandard items will result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. Bids should be submitted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, and the Departmental Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Earnest Money and other standard bid securities are expected as per rules. The submission deadline is within seven days from the publish date.
