EP-64 Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Making of Concrete Foundation, Curing and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure (45') Under XEN South Construction Division, LESCO

The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of works related to EP-64 Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structure (45') under the jurisdiction of XEN South Construction Division, LESCO in Lahore. This tender covers the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of 127 HT Steel Structures (45 feet) from Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) to various sites. It also includes making concrete foundations and back filling of the HT Steel Structures sized 870mm x 870mm x 2536m (1:2:4) and installation of complete earthing sets along with welding for 127 units. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (45 feet) (127 units) - Making concrete foundation and back filling of HT Steel Structure 45' (127 units) - Installation of earthing set (complete) along with welding (127 units) The scope involves handling all materials and works as per WAPDA Distribution design and Standard Design Instruction No.59. The contractor must ensure proper tools and plants and safety measures at site. LESCO will provide materials as per site requirements. The contract duration is 365 days from the date of award. Bidders must be registered with PEC under categories EE-04 and EE-05, have valid CNIC, active tax registration with PRA and FBR, and provide bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Experience certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026, 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be complete and signed. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Performance security of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Payment will be made by the concerned Executive Engineer within 30 days of invoice submission. Retention money of 10% will be released after 6 months defect liability period.
