The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) through its Project Director Construction Circle invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works under tender number P81283 in Sheikhupura, Punjab. The procurement involves the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structures (58 feet) under the jurisdiction of the XEN Sheikhupura Construction Division LESCO. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) (Quantity: 72 units) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 58' (Size: 996mm x 996mm x 3020mm) (Quantity: 72 units) - Installation Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (Quantity: 72 units) The scope covers all related civil works including transportation from regional stores (Shalimar/Walgon Sohail) to various sites, ensuring quality and safety standards as per WAPDA Distribution design and Standard Design Instruction No.59. Bidders must be registered with PEC under categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, have valid CNIC, active tax registration with FBR and PRA, and provide evidence of relevant experience with DISCOs. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. The contract duration is 365 days from the date of award. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by August 27, 2026, 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The evaluation method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Performance security of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Payment will be made by the concerned Executive Engineer after submission of required documents and satisfactory completion of work.
