The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works under tender number P81289 in Sheikhupura, Punjab. The procurement involves the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structures (45 feet) under the jurisdiction of XEN Sheikhupura Construction Division LESCO. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (45 feet) from Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar/Walgon Sohail) to various sites - Making concrete foundation and back filling of HT Steel Structure 45' (Size: 870mm x 870mm x 2536m) (1:2:4) - Installation of complete earthing set along with welding The scope covers all related civil works including safe handling and transportation of materials, foundation works, earthing installation, and back filling as per technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC under categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, have valid CNIC, be active taxpayers registered with FBR and PRA, and provide evidence of relevant experience including work orders and completion certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is required. The contract duration is 365 days from the date of award. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by August 27, 2026, 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
