The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) through its Project Director Construction Circle invites sealed bids for the comprehensive civil works under the tender titled EP-67 Safe loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Making of Concrete Foundation, Curing & Back Filling of HT Steel Structure (45') under the XEN Deposit Work Kasur Construction Division. This procurement is specific to Kasur city in Punjab province and involves critical infrastructure tasks essential for the maintenance and expansion of LESCO's electrical grid. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (45 feet) (125 units) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 45' (Size: 870mm x 870mm x 2536mm) (125 units) - Installation of Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (125 units) The scope covers safe handling and transportation of HT steel structures from Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar, Pattoki) to various sites, foundation works with specified concrete mix, and complete earthing installation with welding. The contract duration is 365 days, requiring adherence to WAPDA Distribution design and Standard Design Instruction No.59. Bidders must be registered with PEC under categories EE-04 and EE-05, active on FBR's ATL, and provide bid security of Rs. 100,000. Experience with DISCOs and satisfactory performance certificates are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026, 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The evaluation will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Payments will be processed by the concerned Executive Engineer within 30 days of invoice submission.
