Establishment of 100 Bedded Social Security Hospital Sheikhupura (Package-I)

The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for the establishment of a 100 bedded Social Security Hospital in Sheikhupura (Package-I). Contractors must have valid PEC, PRA, and NTN certificates and must regularly deposit social security contributions. Registration on the Punjab E-Pads website (https:ep.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory for participation. Pre-qualification documents including evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, and technical staff details can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal. Submission of pre-qualification documents is strictly online via the E-Pads website; manual submissions will not be accepted. The closing date for submission is 08 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rule-35. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the opening date. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission through the official portal to avoid disqualification.
