Establishment of 50 Primary Schools with Pre-Fabricated (LGS) Structures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (7 Units)

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the designated e-procurement system for the establishment of 50 primary schools with pre-fabricated Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structures at identified sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project includes detailed design, development of construction drawings, construction, testing, commissioning, and successful completion with handover to the Education Department. The defect liability period is 12 months. Items being procured: - GPS Banda Batang No.1, Abbottabad - GGPS Basala, Abbottabad - GPS Dewsar Mastuj Upper, Chitral - GGPS Dhoke Ghakran, Khanpur, Haripur - GGPS Adina No. 1, Razar, Swabi The scope of work covers main school building (civil works/LGS structure), toilet block (LGS structure), boundary wall, protection/retaining wall, external development works, and complete electrical & plumbing works. Bidders must submit a single consolidated lump-sum financial bid covering all five school units in the package. Eligibility requires PEC category C3 or above with relevant PEC code, valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and submission of bid security at 5% of the estimated cost. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system and KPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system by 09-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chief Engineer East C&W Department office in Peshawar. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully inspect all sites and assess conditions to quote a complete cost covering the entire scope for each school unit, as partial bids will not be accepted. Ensure all required affidavits and bid securities are submitted in original envelopes as per KPRA rules to avoid disqualification.
