Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Karak, invites sealed tenders for the establishment of a Community Center at Shanawa Godi Khel, Tehsil Takht-E-Nasrati. This procurement is part of the Karak Area Development Program for Karak under MRS-2025. Items being procured:

The project involves civil works for the construction of a community center, including all necessary materials and labor as per the engineer's estimates. The site is located in Karak district, and the work must comply with the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, and additional securities apply for bids quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate.
The technical scope includes all construction activities required to complete the community center as per the work order. All material testing and quality assurance will be the responsibility of the contractor at their own cost and risk. The work order will be issued subject to the release of funds.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant PEC codes, be active taxpayers with valid FBR/ATL registration for the current financial year, and comply with KP-PRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Physical delivery of original bid securities is mandatory before the deadline.
