Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites e-bids from eligible firms for the establishment of a Disaster Recovery Data Center at Multan. This procurement is under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure, compliant with Regulation 6(4)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

The project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and IT/networking works along with testing, commissioning, and a one-year operation and maintenance service agreement. Bidders can be single entities or joint ventures of up to three partners, meeting eligibility and qualification criteria.
Tender documents are available online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, www.pitb.gov.pk, and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded free of cost. The bid submission deadline is 1130 hours on 05 November 2026 at PITB, Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1530 hours. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. A bid security of Rs. 30,000,000/- must accompany the bid, payable through 1Link / Online Bank Transfer.
Eligibility requires PEC license, Income/ Sales tax registration certificates, and other documents as per tender requirements. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission on the e-portal and to address any queries at least seven days before the bid submission date. PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
