Tender Description
The Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority Lahore invites E-Bids from technically and financially strong contractors, firms, and suppliers registered on Punjab E-Procurement portal under PPRA regulations 2024 with valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26. The procurement is for the establishment of Feeder Market Gojra, Mandi Bahauddin.

The bidding document includes detailed terms and conditions and the method of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidders can download the bidding documents free of cost from the Punjab E-Procurement website starting August 31st, 2026. Prospective bidders must follow the website for updates on bidding schedules and addenda. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license, FBR/NTN registration, and earnest money submission. The bid validity period is 120 days. Firms uploading E-bids must submit a hardcopy of the technical book with original stamped papers at the time of opening.
