Tender Description
The Modernization and Upgradation of Gadani Shipbreaking and Recycling Industry and Development of Allied Facilities (MUGSBRI) invites bids for the establishment of health services including a 30 Bed Hospital and Trauma Center at Gadani District Hub, Balochistan. This procurement is specifically managed by MUGSBRI under the Balochistan Development Authority located in Quetta. The project involves comprehensive civil works for the construction of the hospital and trauma center based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. The scope includes ground floor construction and related infrastructure to support health services at the site.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR registration including NTN and GST. Experience in similar hospital building projects with a minimum value of Rs 400 million over the past ten years is required. Financial capacity must demonstrate an annual turnover of Rs 500 million and adequate working capital. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members, and all members must submit a joint venture agreement or letter of intent.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 06:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee as specified. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price.
