Rehabilitation/Construction of Additional Classrooms and Provision of Missing Facilities in Existing Primary/Elementary & Higher Secondary Schools (06 units) in Taluka Mithi, Islamkot & Diplo District Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Construction of Additional Classrooms and Provision of Missing Facilities in Existing Primary, Elementary & Higher Secondary Schools (06 units) located in Taluka Mithi, Islamkot & Diplo, District Tharparkar. This project is part of the Sustainable Development Goal #4 and is referenced under ADP No. 482 of 2026-27 at GBHSS Chelhar with Semis Code # 406011468. Items being procured: - Excavation of foundation including dagbelling and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Pacca brick work in foundation & plinth - Damp proof course with cement concrete and asphaltic mixture - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintel - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement - Filling, watering, and ramming earth under floors - Pacca brick work in ground floor - Supplying T-Iron - 1st Class tile roofing with bitumen coating - Iron steel grill doors and grills - Steel grated doors with locking arrangement - Supplying and fixing broken glasses on courtyard walls - Providing and laying glazed tiles on floor and walls - Cement plastering and white wash - Painting with weather coat - Water supply and sanitary fittings including W.C pans, lavatory basins, valves, pipes, and fittings - Water pumping set 01 HP single phase The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works, internal sanitary and water supply installations, electrification, and external development works as per the detailed bill of quantities. The project requires adherence to PEC registration in the appropriate category, valid FBR and SRB registrations, and submission of bid security at 5% of the tender amount. The contract period is 12 months from the written order to commence. Bidders must submit their bids by 29th September 2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi, located at Works & Services Complex Naukot Road Mithi. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must be valid for 90 days and accompanied by a performance security of 10% of the contract amount.
