Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Additional Facilities Provision in 15 Primary/Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar invites bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and provision of additional facilities in fifteen existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli and Chachro, District Tharparkar. The schools included in this project are GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, and GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and reconstruction works - Provision of additional facilities - Civil works including dismantling, excavation, brickwork, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, roofing, plastering, painting, and iron grill doors - Water supply and sanitary fittings The technical scope covers comprehensive civil works such as dismantling pacca brickwork, excavation, cement concrete, brickwork in foundation and plinth, RCC works including beams and slabs, steel reinforcement fabrication, tile roofing, cement plastering, painting, and installation of iron grill doors. The project will be executed at multiple school sites within Taluka Dahli and Chachro. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration with specialized code CE-10 (except for works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid CNIC copies, authenticated affidavits, and submission of original Call Deposit Receipts and Tender Fees. Bidders must upload technical proposals on the EPADS portal and submit original documents before the closing deadline. Bid security of 5% of the tender amount and performance security of 10% are mandatory. The deadline for bid submission is 29-09-2026 by 10:30 A.M., with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:00 A.M. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar at Mithi. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted physically before the deadline. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents are complete and uploaded on the EPADS portal well before the deadline, as late submissions or incomplete documentation will lead to disqualification.
