Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of 15 Primary/Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and provision of additional facilities in 15 existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, District Tharparkar. This procurement is under ADP NO. 483 of 2026-27 and includes schools such as GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, and GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation, reconstruction, and additional facilities provision in 15 primary/elementary schools The scope includes civil works such as excavation, cement concrete, brickwork, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, flooring with marble and tiles, plastering, painting, roofing with first-class tiles, and installation of iron steel grill doors. The contract period is 12 months from the commencement date. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category, have active FBR and SRB registrations, and provide all mandatory documents including bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi, located at Works & Services Complex Naukot Road Mithi, by 29-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance security of 10% is required upon award. Technical evaluation will be based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and turnover with a passing score of 70%.
