Rehabilitation and Construction of Additional Classrooms and Facilities in 6 Schools in Taluka Mithi, Islamkot & Diplo, District Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the rehabilitation and construction of additional classrooms and provision of missing facilities in six existing primary, elementary, and higher secondary schools located in Taluka Mithi, Islamkot, and Diplo within District Tharparkar. Items being procured include: - Excavation of foundations and refilling - Cement concrete works including brick and stone ballast - Pacca brick work in foundations, plinths, and ground floors - Damp proof course application - Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works for roof slabs, beams, columns, and other structural members - Fabrication and installation of mild steel reinforcement - Earth filling and ramming for floors - Tile roofing and fixing of iron steel grill doors and windows - Cement plastering and painting works - Provision and fixing of sanitary fittings including water supply pipes, valves, and fixtures - Installation of water pumping set 01 HP single phase The technical scope covers civil works, internal sanitary and water supply fittings, electrification, and external development works across six school units. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, hold valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and submit all mandatory documents including bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The contract period is 12 months from commencement.
