Establishment of IT Excellence Centers and IT Parks in Remaining Districts of AJ&K

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Information Technology Board is inviting sealed bids from well reputed IT firms and companies for the establishment of IT Excellence Centers and IT Parks in the remaining districts of AJ&K, specifically Mirpur, Kotli, Haveli, Sudhnoti, and Jhelum Valley. This project involves a complete turnkey solution including procurement of IT and Non-IT equipment, network equipment, installation, and operationalization at prescribed locations across these five districts. Items being procured: - IT equipment - Non-IT equipment - Network equipment - Installation and operationalization services The scope covers procurement and installation of all necessary hardware and software components to establish fully functional IT centers and parks. The project requires experienced firms with valid audit reports for the last three years, NTN certificates, tax returns for the last three years, and authorized partnership or dealership proof. Firms must also submit an affidavit confirming they are not on any black list. A non-refundable fee of PKR 5000 is required to obtain bidding documents from the office of the Director General, Information Technology Board, Block-C New District Head Quarter Complex, Muzaffarabad. Bidders must submit an earnest money amounting to PKR 5,100,000. The tender follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
