Tender Description
The District Education Authority Toba Tek Singh is procuring IT equipment for the establishment of IT labs in 25 High and Higher Secondary Schools across the district. This procurement aims to enhance digital learning infrastructure in public schools, supporting the government's vision for modern education.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Computer, Tower/All-in-one/Mini PCs WITH LED SCREEN ALONG WITH KEYBOARD, MOUSE ETC.
Specifications include Intel 13th Generation Core i5 or higher processor, Intel Chipset Motherboard, 16 GB DDR Memory or higher, 512 SSD or higher Hard Disk Drive, Video/Display Card, Integrated Sound Card, Integrated Network Adapter with Gigabit Ethernet card, 18.5" 1920*1080 LCD Display or higher LED Monitor (same brand), Integrated I/O Interfaces with 03 USB Ports (USB 2.0/3.0/3.1) or higher, PCI/PCIe slot, HDMI/VGA Port, Wireless LAN (802.11b/g/n/ac or WiFi 6), USB Wired Keyboard (2-Button), USB 2.0 Optical Mouse with Scroll, Windows 11 Pre-installed, Warranty at least 1 year local, UPS 650VA per PC for backup.
Quantity: 16 units per school, total 400 units.
The technical scope covers supply and installation of fully configured desktop computers with UPS backup for uninterrupted power supply. The equipment must meet the specified hardware and software standards to ensure compatibility and performance in educational settings.
Eligible bidders must be well reputed, financially sound, and technically capable firms, suppliers, or manufacturers registered with the Income/Sales Tax Department. Compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) is mandatory. Bidders should have relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration.
The E-Bid submission deadline is **4th August 2026 at 11:30 AM** via the E-PADS portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). The bid opening will follow on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Original bid security in the form of CDR @2% of the estimated price must be submitted physically to the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Toba Tek Singh, at the District Education Complex, Akaal Wala Road, before the closing time.
