The Building Saddar CW PP&H Department District Quetta invites bids for the establishment of pedal courts in Ayub Stadium Sports Complex and Airport Road Quetta under PSDP No 5037 Z2026.Z2026.0386 for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Establishment of Pedal Courts in Ayub Stadium Sports Complex - Establishment of Pedal Courts at Airport Road Quetta The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is required. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 20,895,434 in the last 3 years. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Tender document fee is PKR 2000 payable to account C-02716.
