Establishment of Public Park Including Paver Block & C.C Block at Chachro Town

The Buildings Division Tharparkar invites bids for the establishment of a Public Park including Paver Block and Cement Concrete Block at Chachro Town, Sindh. This procurement is for the construction of park paths and paving block flooring under the supervision of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Tharparkar. Items being procured: - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozers including ploughing, mixing, cold breaking, dressing and compaction with optimum moisture content, lead up to 100ft and lift up to 5ft in all types of soil except rock (170,625 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge Ratio 1:6:12 (21,800 Cft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing complete including screening and washing stone aggregate without shuttering, Ratio 1:2:4 (7,400 Cft) - P/F cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm of city/quddra/cobble shape with natural colours, strength between 5000 psi to 8500 psi including filling joints with hill sand and laying in specified manner/pattern and design (55,936 Sft) The technical scope includes earthworks, concrete works, and paving block flooring as per the composite schedule of rates. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and demonstrate financial and technical capacity. A bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 1.298 million is required. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted in one original plus copies to the Buildings Division Tharparkar office by 10:30 AM on 4th November 2026.
