Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, with relevant discipline and tax registration (NTN, Sales Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority). Firms must demonstrate financial capacity with turnover over the last three years and submit affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1500 (non-refundable) via green challan from the specified government account or downloaded from the BPPRA website.
