B amended up to date from interested contractors/firms for various establishment, repair, and renovation works under BSDI Phase-III in District Surab, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Establishment of IT Center GBHS Hajika (BEMIS 3105) - Establishment of IT Center GBHS Dum (BEMIS 3104) - Establishment of IT Center GGHS Surkh Surab (BEMIS 3112) - Repair of GGMIDS Noor Abad (BEMIS Code 12682) - Repair & Renovation of Bhu Ghareeb Jhal Dasht-E-Goran - Solarization and Repair of Building of Disease Investigation Laboratory at Civil Veterinary Hospital A/W Main Store Surab - Repair & Renovation of Historical and Cultural Museum Surab - Construction of Examination Hall at GBHS Lakhorian (BEMIS Code 3151) - Repair of GGPS Gadazal Dasht-E-Goran (BEMIS Code 50304) The scope includes civil works for establishment, repair, renovation, and solarization at various educational and veterinary facilities in Surab. Contractors must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, applicable tax registrations, and demonstrate financial capacity with relevant experience. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required for most works, except one lot with 2% of Rs. 1.989 million. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1500 non-refundable fee via green challan from the National Bank Pakistan or downloaded from BPPRA website. Deposited challan must be submitted with bids. The procurement follows National Competitive Bidding with a single stage one envelope procedure. The deadline for submission is 30th June 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Office of The Deputy Commissioner Surab.
