The CWPP&H Department District Surab invites sealed tenders from interested contractors/firms for multiple construction and repair works under BSDI Phase-III. The procurement includes establishment and renovation projects at various health facilities in Surab city. Items being procured: - Establishment of IT Center at GBHS Surab (1113) with tender no TSE-2627081164613, estimated cost Rs. 50.000 Million - Establishment of Blood Bank (Refrigerator) at DHQ Hospital Surab, tender no TSE-2627081164603, estimated cost Rs. 2.985 Million - Repair and Renovation of GBPS Surab (BEMIS Code 1113), tender no TSE-2627081164623, estimated cost Rs. 9.950 Million - Repair and Renovation of GGHS Surkh Surab (BEMIS Code 03112), tender no TSE-2627081164633, estimated cost Rs. 3.980 Million - Repair and Maintenance of ADC (R) House Surab destroyed in May 2025, tender no TSE-2627081164643, estimated cost Rs. 19.900 Million The scope covers civil works including establishment, repair, and renovation of health infrastructure and facilities. Contractors must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, relevant discipline registration, and tax authority registration (NTN, Sales Tax, Balochistan Revenue Authority). Firms must demonstrate financial capacity with turnover for last three years and experience of at least three similar assignments. Affidavit of no litigation and non-blacklisting is mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1500 non-refundable fee via green challan from Government Treasury or National Bank Pakistan or downloaded from BPPRA website. Documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the Office of The Deputy Commissioner Surab by 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives.
