Procurement of Event Management Services for PITB Projects Framework 2026

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of event management services under a framework contract for various PITB projects in Lahore. The scope of work covers comprehensive event management, including planning, logistics, execution, and technical support for official events, seminars, workshops, and conferences organized by PITB during the contract period. Items being procured: - Event Management Services (comprehensive scope for PITB projects) The selected firm will be responsible for venue arrangement, stage setup, audio-visual equipment, branding, guest management, catering, security, and all related logistics as per PITB requirements. The contract value is set at PKR 20,000,000 for the framework period. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in managing large-scale government or corporate events is mandatory. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of PITB. The deadline for submission of bids is 24 October 2026 at 3:00 PM at PITB, 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only sealed bids submitted at the designated address will be considered. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Tip: Ensure your technical and financial proposals are submitted in separate sealed envelopes and that all supporting documents, including relevant experience certificates and tax registrations, are attached to avoid disqualification.
