Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala invites bids for the procurement of examination stationery and answer sheets for the upcoming academic session. This tender is open to eligible suppliers through the Punjab E-Procurement system. All interested bidders must ensure compliance with the specified requirements and submit their bids before the deadline.

- 80 GSM A4 size answer sheets (3500 reams, estimated price Rs. 47,81,875)
- 70 GSM A4 size answer sheets (1000 reams, estimated price Rs. 11,81,250)
- 80 GSM F4 size answer sheets (7500 reams, estimated price Rs. 1,26,00,000)
- 80 GSM A3 size answer sheets (18000 reams, estimated price Rs. 4,77,90,000)
- 63 GSM (11x15 inch) answer sheets (100 packs of 20000 sheets, estimated price Rs. 7,40,000)
- 63 GSM (11x15 inch) answer sheets (80 packs of 20000 sheets, estimated price Rs. 6,22,000)
- 63 GSM (11x15 inch) answer sheets (63 packs of 20000 sheets, estimated price Rs. 2,78,750)
- 63 GSM (11x15 inch) answer sheets (35 packs of 20000 sheets, estimated price Rs. 2,72,125)
- 63 GSM (28x36 inch) answer sheets (100 packs of 300 sheets, estimated price Rs. 4,85,000)
- 68 GSM (17x27 inch) answer sheets (500 reams, estimated price Rs. 11,29,165)
- 68 GSM (20x30 inch) answer sheets (500 reams, estimated price Rs. 14,71,665)
The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality answer sheets in various sizes and GSM specifications, suitable for examination purposes. All items must meet the standards set by the Board. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A CDR of 5 percent of the estimated price is required as Earnest Money. Only bids submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal will be accepted.
The last date for bid submission is 12-09-2026 at 1:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. For submission, ensure all documents are uploaded as per the portal instructions. A practical tip: double-check the GSM and size specifications for each lot before quoting, as non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
