Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply of Goods to M-4 Sector-I and Sub Sector

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites applications for Pre-Qualification of firms for the supply of goods to M-4 Sector-I and its Sub Sector located in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. This Pre-Qualification Notice aims to identify capable suppliers who will be eligible to participate in subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and enter into an Open Framework Agreement for on-demand supply of goods through Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period of 36 months starting November 26, 2026. Items being procured: - Purchase of items related to store Stationery with UNSPSC codes A03304, A03370, A03901, A03905, A03907, A03927, A03942, A03955, A03970 - Total quantity: 1013 units over a delivery schedule of 365 days The scope includes supply of various stationery items as per the specified UNSPSC codes to the NHMP store at NHA Complex, Near Motorway Interchange, Toba Tek Singh. Interested firms must meet eligibility criteria including valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and demonstrate relevant experience. Earnest Money and Bid Security requirements will be detailed in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The opening of applications will be conducted electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Vendors not registered on EPADS are advised to complete registration promptly.
