Karachi Port Trust invites bids for excavation and laying of underground 240 mm² 4-core armoured cable from K.E. transformer to Ghans Bandar Substation, along with installation of power factor panel at Ghans Bandar Substation of East Wharf Karachi. Items being procured: - Excavation and laying of underground 240 mm² 4-core armoured cable - Installation of power factor panel at Ghans Bandar Substation The technical scope includes cable laying and panel installation at the specified substation within Karachi Port Trust premises. Bidders must have relevant experience in electrical works and supply of such materials. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS System Version 2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk. The bidding process follows Clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules-2004, i.e., Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure, and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS System. The bid security amount is Rs. 80,000 payable via Pay Order in favor of the Chief Account Officer, KPT, to be submitted in original at bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 22-09-2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day in Room No. 32 of CM&EE-II Department at Ground Floor of KPT Head Office, Eduljee Dinshaw Road, Karachi.
