The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the excavation of trenches for laying 63mm and 125mm P.E gas pipelines and cushioning of soft soil for the rehabilitation of Gas Distribution System (GDS) at Khursheed Town and Ado Khan Jatoi, Hala Naka, Hyderabad City, Hyderabad District. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Camp office at work site with sufficient accommodation for team residence and parking of company tools/machinery for 4 months - Caretaker services: 2 persons each for 12 hours for 4 months - Drain/Nali repair (subject to actual) 30% of 1597 quantity - Excavation of trial pits and trenches for laying 125mm P.E gas pipeline and cushioning of soft soil (2004 meters) - Excavation of trial pits and trenches for laying 63mm P.E gas pipeline and cushioning of soft soil (5400 meters) - House line shifting (674 quantity) - Killing of old network including labor for making pits and proper backfilling (61 quantity) - Service line installation (average length 6 meters) (642 quantity) - Service line pacca bricks laying (2247 meters) The scope includes all related excavation, backfilling, and affiliation works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications. The work site is located at Hyderabad City, Sindh. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC certificate category C-4 or above with specialization CE-08, be registered with FBR (NTN), and comply with all eligibility criteria including bid security submission. The bid security amount is PKR 188,600 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee.
