Execution of Various Development Works Including Laying of Pipes, Water Tanks Construction, and Solar Street Light Installation in Gwadar

The Development Officer Gwadar invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of various development works for the year 2026 under the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates basis. These works are located in different union councils and districts within Gwadar city, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Laying of 3"/6" diameter pipeline at Pishukan Union Council -II District Gwadar - Development works at Union Council Gunz District Gwadar - Supply and installation of solar street lights at Union Council Dore Ghatti District Gwadar - Construction of 10 water tanks and laying of 3" diameter pipeline at Union Council Pallary District Gwadar - Construction of 10 water tanks and laying of 3" diameter pipeline at Chib Kalmati District Gwadar - Construction of 8 water tanks and laying of 3" diameter pipeline at different areas of Gubd Kalato District Gwadar - Providing and laying of tuff paver from bus stop to Jama Masjid Surbandar District Gwadar - Providing and fixing of 57 street lights and construction of waiting shade at Union Council Pishukan District Gwadar The technical scope includes civil works such as pipeline laying, water tank construction, solar street light installation, and paving works across multiple union councils in Gwadar. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and present in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 3,458,700 in previous years demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call amounting to 2% of the bid value is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,000. The last date for submission of bids is 24 August 2026 by 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Gwadar near the old DC office Gwadar.
