Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2025-26 under a Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding procedure (Lot Wise) for the execution of smaller special repair works in the IESCO region. Items being procured: - Lot 17: Revamping of Office SDO Tarnol & SDO Seham at 132 KV Grid Station Ktm Rawalpindi - Lot 18: Revamping Office of Sari Alamgir at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Lot 19: Revamping Office of Rajjar at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Lot 20: Revamping of Office of SDO City Construction Sub Division No. III and SDO Elr Sub Division Rawalpindi at IESCO Marrir Hassan Rawalpindi - Lot 21: Special Repair/Maintenance of Office Building Operation Sub Division Pindi Point Murree - Lot 22: Special Repair/Maintenance of Banglow No B-1 at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Lot 23: Re-construction of Tilted B/Wall and Fallen at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works at various IESCO offices and grid stations primarily in Rawalpindi and Rajjar areas. Contractors must be registered with PEC under Category C-6 with specialization code CE-10 and have valid FBR registration. Bidders must submit bid security generated from their own account and upload scanned copies on E-PADS portal before bid submission deadline. Performance certificates for ongoing contracts must also be uploaded. Fresh bank balance certificates up to 50% of estimated cost and previous work completion certificates are required. Bid submission deadline is on 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids are to be submitted electronically on E-PADS 2.0 portal. Earnest money at 4% of estimated cost in form of CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO Islamabad is mandatory. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including bid security, performance certificates, and PEC registration are uploaded correctly on E-PADS portal well before the closing time to avoid rejection. Also, carefully review the NIT amount and submit additional call deposit if your quoted amount is below 10% of NIT as per terms.
